Meet our Keynotes

Join us in the Gold Coast, 14–16 October, to network, learn and develop your professional practice. These exciting international keynote speakers have just been announced.

Professor Dr Sebastian Probst (Switzerland) may be familiar to Wounds Australia members and supporters, many of whom will have enjoyed his Wound Awareness Week 2023 Wound Bytes presentation on the impact of lifestyle factors on wounds. The Immediate Past President of the European Wound Management Association is an internationally renowned expert in wound care who is currently working on the use of AI in wound care.

Professor Dr Dimitri Beeckman (Belgium) is a Professor of Nursing Science and holds many current and former positions of influence in global wound research organisations. His expertise lies in skin integrity research, as well as psychometrics, clinical trials and education, and we're looking forward to his fascinating presentation.

Finally, join Wounds Australia for up to $90 a year (plus a $30 one-off joining fee) to save $320 on early bird tickets and enjoy the many other benefits of membership.
