Caring for skin

Registered Pharmacist and Dermal Therapy Head of Technical & Innovation Amit Saha said the kit was a great introduction to a dermatologist-recommended, clinically tested Australian made and owned skincare range.

"Wound clinicians understand skin, and Dermal Therapy has a variety of solutions to so many skin issues," Mr Saha said. "And because our range is also available to the consumer, clinicians can recommend them with confidence.

"They can also point patients to our online Knowledge Hub for easy-to-understand advice on caring for skin."

Wounds Australia CEO Jeff Antcliff welcomed Dermal Therapy as a Silver Partner.

"Prevention has a significant part to play in minimising chronic wounds, and the evidence shows that a good skincare regime – particularly in ageing skin – can help protect skin integrity," Mr Antcliff said. "We're delighted to be partnering with Dermal Therapy, creators of such high-quality products, on a program that brings real value to new Wounds Australia members."
